The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites duly-licensed Filipino Contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with largest single contract similar to the contract for bid for the last two (2) years, with net financial contracting capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the approved budget and have qualified key personnel and appropriate equipment available to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Bidding procedures will be conducted using non-discretionary pass-fail criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award in accordance with R.A. 9184 and its implementing Rules and Regulations.

The Letter of Intent (LOI) may be submitted to the BAC Secretariat at the Administration Building, PMMA Complex, San Narciso, Zambales. where all the above-stated  activities may be conducted.

The PMMA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to waive any defect or informality and to annul the bidding  process without incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
