The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested dealers to apply and to bid. They must either be a) duly- licensed Filipino citizens/ sole proprietors; (b) two or more suppliers forming into partnerships (c) corporations with largest single contract similar to the contract for bid for the last two years and with Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the approved budget.

Items to be bidded:

All particulars relative to the qualification/eligibility, bid bonds, performance bonds, pre-bid conference, bid evaluation and award of contract shall be governed by the provisions of R.A 9184 and its IRRs.

The Pre-Bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the bidding documents. Only those bidders who comply with PMMA requirements shall be eligible to participate in the bidding.

The PMMA BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to declare the bidding a failure or waive any defect or informality and to accept bids as may be considered most advantages to the PMMA and to the government.
