          The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested dealers to apply and to bid. They must either be a) duly-licensed Filipino citizens/sole proprietors: b) two or more suppliers forming into partnerships c) corporations with largest single contract similar to the contract for bid for the last two years and with Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the approved budget.
