Job Description

  • Checks Report of Collections & Deposits of all funds submitted by the Cash Unit, Graduate School and Training Center as to correctness of amount, total and account codes.
  • Prepares Statements of Income Collected necessary for the preparation of FAR 5 to be submitted to DBM.
  • Segregates General Payroll for Accounting and Auditing files
  • Records Registration form of Graduate School for index card every semester.
  • Performs ERF Handler to ensure the monthly contribution and loan payments of employees are remitted to GSIS by accomplishing remittance form for GSIS thru electronic billing and collection system (ebcs) on or before the 10th of the following month. This is to help employees avail their benefits and privileges and to update the contribution and loan status of each employee.
  • Prepares Journal Entry Voucher
  • Do other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Research Assistant

Monthly salary: P 11, 068.00

Job Description

  • Searches for related literature and studies required by the research topic;
  • Ensures proper data banking and sourcing of related literature and studies
  • Prepares the initial RRL of DRD researches in consultation with the Program Specialist and under supervision of the Research Specialist and Analyst;
  • In-charge of venue, equipment and materials required for Research Council meetings;
  • Performs internal and external collection of data for research projects;
  • Prepares necessary documents for approved proposals and ensures incentives, etc. for completed researches by processing honoraria requests;
  • Encodes researches;
  • Ensures printing of completed PMMA and DRD researches;
  • In-charge of bookbinding and copyrighting activities;
  • Retrieves all documents relative to research presentations and endorses them to the secretary for proper filing and safekeeping;
  • Attends to the needs of researchers as applicable;
  • Assists in the DRD research-related activities to ensure outputs at the Office;
  • Works collaboratively with the research team in writing other forms of researches;
  • Performs as office secretary whenever necessary; and
  • Performs other duties which may be required by immediate supervisors.
